[swfmill] prerelease 0.2.11.11 'it's getting a bit ridiculous with the prereleases'

fixes bugs #3, #9 and possibly #5 (Quentin: could you check this?)

changes:
- basic DefineShape4/5 support (these flash8 tags should now be imported fine- they're not "understood", though).
- enabled (and fixed) DefineText2 (and friends) support (Mark couldn't get the Flash IDE to produce these tags when i originally wrote swfmill, so they never worked- samples #9 (maybe #5) contain them, finally. they're some kind of 'static textfields' in IDE lingo).
