[swfmill] trac's anonymous posting functions disabled

hi,

i've temporarily disabled permissions for anonymous users to post to swfmill's trac, as it is only a matter of days until it'll get spammed. i hope this situation is temporary and i'll find the time to come up with some automatic registration function at least, or other spam-prevention technique.

please dont regard this as "do not file tickets!". just send the stuff to me, i'll post the ticket.
