[swfmill] jpeg import error

swfmill doesnt know anything about jpeg but extract the width and height (and maybe strip some header). the bulk of a jpg images is simply copied 1:1 into the swf.

Mark just told me (in RL) that fp7 doesnt handle progressive jpegs- so maybe it's the problem after all.
