[swfmill] swfmill error

[Myriam]

My path to the library is C:\MyProjects\Myfirstproject\library
My swfmill is C:\Programme\swfmill

I call in the prompt:
C:\Programme\swfmill>swfmill simple 
C:\MyProjects\Myfirstproject\src\application
.xml C:\MyProjects\Myfirstproject\src\application.swf
And i change the png an it doesn`t helped.
Without png the swf is generated, and everything is ok, but why do i 
need swfmill without using aassets.
