[swfmill] DefineBitsJPEG3 conversion with swfmill

Hey folks,

swfmill looks pretty swank, but I'm having a few issues with it.

First; I've been trawling through the sources a bit and can see how and 
what it's doing, but I can't really piece together how to use it. I'm 
sure I can do it with a few more hours of effort, but really... Are 
there good examples/docs/sections of the source to look at which would 
make it all come together?

...and most importantly; I'm trying to make significant shrinkage with 
swfs that were saved from series of pngs into DefineBitsLossless2 
format. so I want to convert the pngs to DefineBitsJPEG3 compatible 
images. I can pull out the alpha mask and compress the original image as 
a jpeg, but can't convince swfmill to do the final packaging. Anyone 
afford to give me some hints and/or an example XML doc? :(

Depending on how well this works I can definitely throw a few bucks for 
the project. Buy the author a DVD or two.
