Does anybody know, what happened to the swfmill-project? Did it move?

I just watched the introductionvideo for the project AsProject at

http://www.asserttrue.com/articles/2007/04/04/introducing-asproject

To install asproject with Ruby you need swfmill installed. Does anybody
have the latest Exe-File for Windows?

Markus
