That might have changed with Flashplayer 9, but at least before that
(and probably still), the Flashplayer will play MP3s at 44.1kHz no
matter what. You can use that for a nice pitching effect if you use
lower sample rates. :)
However, the latest version (FP9 update 3) can play AAC file, at least
as part of an MP4 stream. Maybe that is of some help?
