[swfmill] Object of type Rest?

Hello,

After fruitless Googling, I am left little recourse but to ask:

What is an "Object of type Rest"?

I can't find a clear reference to this anywhere. I asked some of my
C++ whiz buddies and they were stumped as well. Anyone game to give me
a clue?

Also, is there any means - other than manual - of converting swf2xml
basic output to the simple XML dialect? This may sound stupid, I don't
know, but it seems that if you can use it as input, there might be a
way to do so.
