[swfmill] mix simple and lower level tags

I was not able to get the expected results, I am not able to mix the 2
formats. My font is not included in the result. Perhaps I missed something ?
I will be using the swfmill simple to generate the glyph definition in swf
file, then, I will be doing a swfmill swf2xml, and use the font glyph
definition in the xml in low level to generates the swf.

DefineFont[2|3] cannot be used directly to import TTF. Your approach is
basically right, but the current (0.2.12) release of swfmill doesnt
translate IDs of lowlevel tags used within the simple dialect.
