[swfmill] Yesterday I setup a msvc6 build of swfmill, today I have questions :)

Thats what I thought, what I've actually setup is a cmake build, which
means it should also work with MinGW or later MSVC versions. I just
tend to prefer VC6.

Yes I saw that and even tried it :)

It's a very intermittent crash, but when it happens it seems to stay
broke until you make some sort of change to the input files, (I've
been switching between different builds of swfmill to make it go
away). So there is a good chance that if I catch it again I'll be able
to work out whats going on. Hopefully.
