Is that problem still around? I thought it only affected older
Flashplayer versions on the Mac (and that it would drop to 20 FPS for
anything lower than 31). That's why many (me included) traditionally
set the framerate to 21, 31 and so on.
The old trick to enforce a framerate (including framedrops) is to add
an MP3 to the timeline.
