[swfmill] swfmill compilation under Win32

Hi,
Does anybody know how I could compile the app from SVN sources? The README
file has only Linus command ine for compilation, however I did not
understand what does it work under win32.
Or maybe someone could compile and put into SVN the latest version? There
were couple of interesting bugs fixed recently so I think not only is
interested.
