[swfmill] Accessing frames in AS3

Yeah, this was a totally obscure issue. I'm just happy that everything is
working.

When I tried inserting the <FileAttributes> tag in the simple dialect, the
swf did compile, but when I load it into Flex, I get the following error:
"Error #2044: Unhandled IOErrorEvent:. text=Error #2035: URL Not Found". I
tried placing it around various places of the xml file, but none of them
worked. In the end, it's not that big of a problem if I have to compile
twice.

... and I should thank you guys for putting up with me. I think I account
for like 90% of the posts on the list this month :)
