[swfmill] swfmill => as3/hx class descriptions (automatic conversion)

I created a small script to take a resource.xml and converts it into the
appropriate Flash9/AS3 or HaXe class definitions.  I announced this on
the HaXe list but though maybe people here might benefit as well.

Please let me know if you need anything more (it only covers the three
most basic types for now), or if you have a different format you need to
have supported.
