No presets that I knew of. But I could be wrong.
So far, you have to list all the characters you want to have included.

Yeah, xslt has been sitting near the top of my "stuff to learn" list
for ages now. Mainly because of Swfmill, and seeing how it is used
there -- most of the C code is actually generated with xslt out of XML
definitions for the various tags.
