[swfmill] newest binary for windows?

Hello list,

I've been having lots of trouble with swfmill and mp3 files. Now I
read that these problems were solved in 0.2.12.6
(http://osflash.org/pipermail/swfmill_osflash.org/2008-April/001788.html).

Unfortunately, the link in that thread doesn't work anymore and the
latest version I can find anywhere is 0.2.12.4
(http://swfmill.org/pre/), and I don't think I'll be able to get the
source compiled.

Could anyone provide a working link to the new version?
