[swfmill] newest binary for windows?

Hi Mike.

I recently managed to compile swfmill, the newest version, so since
there's the demand, I'm putting it up for download:

Unfortunatelly, I didn't manage to get it statically linked with
libraries so far, so it has to be used with the dll files (included
for convenience).

BTW, When trying to link statically, I get "undefined reference to
_imp__xmlFree", any ideas how to fix that?
