[swfmill] Question about pre-releases

A while back, Ralf was kind enough to provide me a link to a windows
version of something labeled 0.2.12.6 for windows, which I use for
development. 

For real use, we use linux so our system admin built from the trunk
around Apr 8.    

Since there haven't been any tags in svn since 0.2.6 I'm wondering what
the 0.2.12.6 pre release was made from?  We're having an issue that only
happens in the linux version and not the windows one, and so I want to
be sure we're on the same version.
