[swfmill] Windows binary with .wav support

Hi all,

I've been having some problems with my Mp3s and delays on playing and
stopping. Somebody suggested that .wavs might be the answer. I see that
there is a patch for swfmill which adds .wav support, however I can't seem
to find a windows binary. Rather than spend days trying to work out how to
compile the thing I was wondering if anybody already had a compiled
version/had compiled a previous version and had the build steps pretty much
layed out so could easily compile a new version.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
