[swx] Gateways

Hi Folkert,

I'd like to keep the gateway on swxformat.org as the official public
gateway that anyone can hit.

Of course, sharing your gateway is a great idea :) Maybe we can build
an API where people can add their own gateways and applications can
query this list from the official gateway if you want to build in
redundancy.

My main idea, however, is to scale the official gateway as necessary
with extra clustered servers and maybe move it on to C3 at some point.
