[swx] Minimal SWX PHP setup.

Hi hello,

First, thank you for giving out the most interesting client server 
technology I have seen since Corba. Maybe it now will be possible for 
one "regular" brain to actually grab and understand the whole 
client-server chain from presentation up to the database.

I want to use swx-php for my application that is requred to be small in 
size. Looking at the file structure in the swx/php diriectory, we have 
partly the following directory structure:

analyzer
core
docs
explorer
lib
    ezsql
    phpFlickr
    ...
security_tests
services
    _ivr
    amfphp
    Flickr.php
    ...
tests
swx.php
...

So my question is what is the the minimum setup required to run swx on a 
production server?
Also it would be nice with a summary how the other packages relate to 
each other. For example if you want to expand a minimal configuration 
with the ezsql and phpFlickr lib, what are their dependencies?
