[swx] SWX for AS3 and the newly open SWF specification

Just saw this tonight, and thought it could be an interesting development
for the AS3 version of SWX. Aral, didn't you say that to develop the AS2
version you did not/could not look at the published SWF specification
because of the licensing agreement? Looks like, as of today, that is no
longer an issue. From the "Open at Adobe" blog:
"Adobe is removing all use restrictions on the SWF specification. While SWF
(the binary file format for playback) formerly had a license agreement that
limited use of the specification, it's now gone. And BTW, the same applies
to FLV/F4V, the streaming format. This is effective immediately."
