[swx] Fwd: swx charset handling

We clearly should have 1 unified place in the SWX install for setting
the charsettings. That way we take care of all services at once 'amf,
json and swx.
Another thing thing with this is, when userbase is in different charset
area's. Like Russian users combined with France and Norway and other
Country's.
You can get in such situations quickly, when you build clients which are
multi language.
Therefore we should make us an option, script or user based, for the
char settings, if current setting is not sufficient to the enduser or
it's language.
I'm braining on this for a while now so input is very welcome.
