[WiiFlash] wiiMote speaker

The ability to upload and play a sound to the wiimote has not yet  
been figured out (this is definitely true for the osx drivers im  
working with - and im pretty sure its the case for the xp drivers  
used in this project)

At present the the peeps have been able to get the wiimote speaker to  
play a variable tone only.
