[WiiFlash] IR's with the latest server/ api

The version that is currently in the SVN works for me. But you are 
currently running our little test-version that is working with your BT 
drivers. Thibault changed the API for that a little bit I think as well. 
For me the IR bar works great -- I think Thibault just missed to 
implement something in the server for you John.
