[WiiFlash] IR's with the latest server/ api

I heard 9.5" and I've seen demos of people using 50 LEDs on a giant piece of
foam core.
anyway, Nintendo also seems to have 2 leds on each end, effectively doubling
IR output.
Finally, if you are using the Radio Shack High Output LEDs (they are blue)
you should run them at 5V reverse polarity. (connect the Cathode[flat side]
to the negative side of the power) If you run 5V you should get better
range... I think.
