[WiiFlash] Can't connect, help please

Hi,

This may seen a very stupid question but I am a newbie who uses Flash and no
Flex.  I have my wiimote, downloaded the 0.2 Server. I connect to my wii
through blue tooth, all the blue leds under the 2 button of my wiimote start
blinking. Then I open run the server and it says no wiimotes have been
detected, I also tried the console, and gives me the same result. I open the
status option (right button over the wiimote icon) and it tells me there is
connection between the computer and the control.

   1. Is it normal to get all the 4 leds blinking?
   2. Must I install the API files to get the server to work?
   3. Where do I have to install the API files?
   4. What is the link to the SVN Server to update the files?

I have a Dell 1505 Laptop with WinXP and a Dell Wireless 355 Module with
Bluetooth 2.o + EDR Technology.

Can some one give me some advice on how to successfully connect the wiimote
and get the server to connect.
