[WiiFlash] WiiFlash Server problem

I have my Kensington Bluetooth USB dongle receiving communication from
the Wiimote just fine on my PC (I can see inputs on the BlueTooth
Connection Status window) - but when I start WiiFlash Server.exe, it
says, "No Wiimotes connected..." even after I select "Settings > Detect
Wiimotes".  

Any idea how to fix this?
