[WiiFlash] Bluetooth USB dongles

I've found that the "Bluespoon" dongle from Radio Shack is quite reliable
(but perhaps a bit expensive):

It comes with Toshiba bluetooth drivers, which worked for me on a Lenovo
laptop running XP, and a MacBook Pro running XP+BootCamp (after disabling
the built-in bluetooth antenna, which didn't work with WiiFlash).
