[WiiFlash] one of two wiimotes will not connect

Hello all,

I'm having a sort of odd issue trying to connect two wiimotes. One works
fine, but the other doesn't seem able to maintain a bluetooth connection.
Even if I remove the batteries from the working one to remove any possible
conflict between them, the other wiimote can't maintain a connection for
more than a 1/2 second.

Has anyone else run into anything similar with multiple wiimotes? I'm using
the Kensington USB dongle with the provided drivers (Toshiba BT Stack, i
believe).
