[WiiFlash] 2 wiimotes

I'm on Vista and don't use BlueSoleil, but 0.4 doesn't always detect my 2nd
Wii mote, but it'll ways detect my first one. My Toshiba BT panel remember
every device that it's discovered and connected with in the past. I have to
clear out both Wii motes and rediscover them each time. If I do that, the
2nd one is discovered every time.
