[WiiFlash] Issues Connecting to WiiFlash Server on Vista

Has anyone else had issues with connecting the Wiimote to the WiiFlash Server on Vista?
 
I have three computers, a MacBook Pro running Vista in BootCamp, an HP Tablet, and a Dell, and none of them can connect to the Wiimote with WiiFlash server. I have connected successfully with a number of other applications like WiimoteLib for VS/C# development and WiiYourself.
 
I have also successfully connected to the WiiFlash Server in Windows XP, and on Mac OS X. But I cannot get it working in Vista for the life of me.
 
I am using BlueSoliel, but have also tried several other drivers and dongles.
 
Any ideas? Has anyone had this problem and resolved it somehow?
