[WiiFlash] Issues Connecting to WiiFlash Server on Vista

I haven't had any issues with it on Vista. I had a driver issue, but that's
a different thing. In the end, it worked with the same driver on XP as well
as Vista. I bought one of the Kensington Micro USB adapters.
