[xray] Wierd Xray problem

Aha I worked out what the real problem was. I can even spell Weird as well!

The problem was due to the deploy folder being under subversion source
control. If instead I tell subversion to ignore the deploy folder all is
fine.

I worked it out when I restarted my PC and the Demo\exe folder, which I had
also added to subversion stopped working with Xray.
