[xray] Filters panel seems to function as intended

Just wanted to get back about the new filters panel. I've been using  
it a bit, and it has been really useful for getting settings for  
dynamically generated movieclips. Seems to work out just great. It's  
a really nice addition to the tool John. I expect to use it a bunch,  
as it is a great time-saver to get just the right settings for things  
like bevels, glows and drop shadows.
