[xray] Add new help videos to the new Flex2 interface

I put in a new button/tab called "help".  click on it and you'll see a tile
list of help topics.  click one and a popup window will stream the
conrresponding FLV right there in the interface ;)

Let me know what you guys think - I'm also going to look at adding an IFrame
so you can get to the labs.blitzagency.com section for xray and search.
