Hi,
it works.
I followed your advise and got the solution on the mdmforum.
http://www.mdmforum.com/forum/index.php?s=24d5c4f90cf0926d1cbc68155ef0735f&a

Actually it was a bit of work, especially getting the xray source from SVN
using TortoiseSVN. Because Zinc crashed after i installed TortoiseSVN..
there is a solution for this also in the mdmforum, but i got around that by
just deinstalling TortoiseSVN after i checked out the Xray code..

But now i have got a green light.

Thanks,
Andreas

There is some problem that Zinc has with x-ray's scanning of _global,
particularly on the Mac. John and the mdm folks discussed it a bit on
the mdm forum (at my prompting), but the only real resolution was
that you can hack the x-ray setup, IIRC.

Search the mdm forum for x-ray. It should show up and provide more
details on how to make it work.
