Release Notes
There has been much anticipation leading to the release Red5 0.4. We on the team are proud to present to you a version that you can finally start to hack away at. This release is filled with several new features including:
- AMF Remoting service
- RTMPT protocols
- Basic samples and documentation
- Start on RED5 public API
- MetaData API
NOTE: Scripting support bumped to 0.5 - we felt that focusing on the core API in 0.4 was necessary and adding Scripting bugs in the mix would complicate/harm the API testing.
